Cooking is fun!

Since becoming a chef my life has been more fulfilling than it ever has been in recent years.  Although when I was a professional dancer life was also good, but then it was more hectic and clicky as well.  Now that I'm doing my own thing it feels a little better now.

Making great food and sharing it with other people and getting paid WELL for it is so gratifying that I don't know why I didn't pick this profession years earlier. From private clubs to A-list restaurants to becoming a private chef for celebs has been a hell of a ride.

My life is crazy because being me means floating in different circles and areas around the country, so this blog will be mostly about what I go thru day to day and sometimes my thoughts on what is going on in the world according to me.  Hold on to ur hats it's going to be a crazy ride.
